Colin Jones Pastor
Colin has been the pastor at Three Bridges since
1996, having previously served churches in
Shropshire and the West Midlands. He is married to
Chris has four daughters, one granddaughter and twin
grandsons. He has a wide range of interests
including being a governor of a local school and the
chairman of Day One Christian Ministries. He is the
author of several books and a series of published
Holiday Bible Clubs (see www.dayone.co.uk). He
enjoys reading and ‘Segwaying’.

Nigel Stokes Assistant Pastor
Nigel moved to Crawley in 2011 with his wife Jo and
their three young children when he became one of our
pastors. Previously Nigel was studying at
Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and prior to
this he spent ten years as a teacher. When he is not
working Nigel enjoys reading, all sports and fresh
air! |

Hedley Cockram Elder
Hedley is married to Anne with three grown up
children and joined the eldership team at 3BFC in
2002. He was born in Horsham and became a Christian
at the age of 25. Working in the construction
industry as a surveyor, he enjoys photography,
gardening and the outdoors in his spare time. |

David Hails Elder
David is married to Jenni and has four children. He
works for the local county council in a management
role. He has been a member of the church since 1998,
and served as a deacon for a number of years before
being recognised as an elder in 2010. David & Jenni
are the leaders of Sparklers, and in his free time
David enjoys playing cornet in a local brass band
and spending time in the great outdoors |

Rob Cranfield
works on the admin and premises
teams is married and has one child. He works in London
and in his spare time he enjoys walking in the mountains
and helps run an Explorer Scout unit
|

Jon Morgan
was born and brought up in Crawley and now lives here with
his wife Liz (from nearby Copthorne). Together they are involved in youth
work and he also does some admin and other tasks. Jon enjoys cycling,
table-tennis and dancing. His favourite food is hog-roast (with crackling!)

Paul Tilston is married to Judith and
they have three children. He is part of the maintenance
team at our church. Paul works full time in London for a
Probate research company, tracing missing beneficiaries.
Paul comes originally from Chessington where he became a
Christian in 1988. He enjoys time with his family, doing
D.I.Y., keeping fit and gardening
